Here's the deal. You need to have some experience in FileIce/CPAlead/ShareCash/PPD/CPA. I'm not after any newbies here. I'm looking to make a lot of money.
We'll be creating a FileIce project. I will be in charge of the website, development, and FileIce gateway side of things, and you will be in charge of advertisement, distribution, and marketing.
It will be a 50/50 split. I have a method that's worked on CPAlead. I was earning $80 a day at one stage. I'm hoping to do this once again on FileIce.
Your job will involve making videos and managing a YouTube channel. Advertising these videos throughout YouTube, social networks, and forums is also part of your role.
If you're serious and have the skills, PM me. I've got the site ready offline, we just need to get it up and running.

FYI, the tasks that you are offering for your partner are far more than what money you're offering. I mean making site and building gateway isn't difficult, what difficult is the Advertisement part... Just saying

They aren't having to put up any money for domaining and hosting. They aren't having to code the site. They aren't having to write anything on the site.

Domain and Hosting part needs only $20 Annually. Coding part is not needed any more because of wordpress and ready made Social Networking Viral Scripts and the WRITING on SITE part is not so difficult. I mean if a person is not lazy (like me :p), he can make his own fileice viral site without special knowledge

You're clearly underestimating the skills which are actually needed to be able to code. Your 'average Joe' can't be a coder, it requires patience and the knack to stick at it. I myself have tried out a ton of coding languages and not gone back to them, just for the sheer fact that it bores me, that's why I stick to the one's I already know.
Back On-Topic: I believe I've had this method before, but it seems like allot of work to be quite honest so I never really tried it out. I was going to but I couldn't think of a good enough niche to get started. As Porn is forbidden on FileIce it kind of makes it hard to do.

Luke posted an interesting thread on how his porn blog made a lot of money last night. I have a feeling that the eBook he wrote was a FileIce link, unfortunately.
Anyways, the method I'll be using has been tried and tested many times before. It's heavily saturated, but since I'm not freakin retarded, I will be able to make my project a lot better than the hundreds of other similar ideas out there. If I can't find anyone interested, I'll do it all myself. I just literally do not have a spare 20-30 minutes a day. :/

I could possibly help you out. If you get the site design areas done I don't mind spending even up to a few hours a day doing it. Could you specifically specify what you're wanting your partner to do?

Well, basically, the project I've got in mind will involve the YouTube method. My partner will have to, primarily, manage the YouTube account. By that, they're required to ensure certain videos are getting certain amounts of views, keeping the like to view ratio in check (using sites such as Empire Views). They'll be responsible for advertising the channel on other, similar videos (through text comments). It sounds like dirty work, and it is, but I know that it works. Last time I was doing this, I would comment on about 5 videos everyday. Something simple like, '<---- My channel for such and such'. That filthy kind of spam. Believe it or not, it actually converts quite well. So, they'd be doing a bit of that.
If they have any experience in designing videos, they'd have to do that also. I don't mind helping out a bit here, but the more videos advertising downloads we have, the more interest we'll generate. They're just short screen recordings of how to get to the download page. I have some specific requirements, however, that separate my videos from others doing the same thing.
Essentially, if you can spit out one quality video every four or so days (more when we're just starting up, but in the long term, once a week or so) and you can maintain a steady view stream to our existing videos and you're willing to do the dirty work to advertise them for a few minutes a day, then I know we'll make a killing.
