What is acceptance?

Also, you don't have to limit your options, walk to the next town, go to a park or a mall, and start fresh.

I don't want to go skydiving. I don't have any money anyways.

Ok, play paintball, or go rock-climbing for an adrenaline rush, or learn Ju-Jitsu and kill people that make fun of you.

I don't want to kill anyone.
I don't really want to do anything.

You don't have to kill them, just tell them to tap and you'll let go of their neck! Seriously though, do something, anything that requires even some effort, it pays off ;)

If there's something I need to do, I do it, but no more than that.

This isn't meant to be rude, but you have no idea what you are talking about. When you are grown up you have less and less friends. Besides you get to a point when you realize the horrible things that you worried about and cried about as a kid are things you wish you only had to worry about and cry about as an adult. Acceptance? This thread is very very tame, and lots of kids your age go through this. You are like every other 16y/o out there even if they dont "look" like it. When you are older and you have been socially beaten up, and deceived, and lied to, and disrespected you wonder why you ever wanted a relationship with any of these creatures anyways? Thats the reason you dont have friends, because you instinctively know better. I bet you already have a friend or two anyways.

I appreciate what you're saying, I really do, but you can't make these judgments without knowing my entire situation, which you don't. I know I sound like every 16 year old since 16 year olds happened, but it isn't like that.
And no, I don't have "a friend or two," unless you count guys on the internet that I met on video games who only talk to me because I have boobs.

The first time I was homeless I was 20y/o, my family rejected me, my friends were gone, I had no intermediate family, I didn't have money, I didn't have a prayer. I'm 27 now with my own apartment, regular income and going to college in January. I know alot more than you would expect about your situation, and I'm not saying you aren't right. I'm saying make the best of what it is. It could be so much worse, and you are going to miss out on that.

It can always be worse. Saying "it could be worse" is pretty redundant.
If I was homeless at 20, it would be different. You're not allowed to do anything at 16.

Yeah, just because it "could be worse" doesn't mean its not bad, and I said that. I'm saying look at it from another perspective. I kept thinking it wasn't going to get worse, and then things keep on getting worse. I thought, "god says he wont make more things happen you cant take.." complete christian bs. There isn't anything in the world you "cant take". You have no choice as a human. The best thing to do is get thicker skin. I'm being forward with you, not careless. Its the best way to help you, not sugar coat it and say, "you are right it sucks." Though you are, stop showing guys your boobs, get some books, and study with some other goth kids. Unless you are a little masochistic. Either way
