Well, I had no luck finding it for you.
I tried getting it off dafont but I failed.

Jinu I searched and searched but I have to agree with D3 and say it may be custom because I couldn't find anything like it anywhere.

I think it may be a custom font, however you can find some similar looking fonts on this link: http://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=402&text=rko&fpp=50

None of those fonts look even close to the one in the hat.
