Sweet. But on the second theme, it's hard to tell a checked box from an unchecked box.
Perhaps make the color of it a brighter white?

The Metal theme looks nice, but I don't really like the Youtube theme.
Also, was it needed to spell "Release" as "releaze"?

The Metal theme looks awesome! Youtube theme doesn't look as good imho. Keep going where you are heading, your doing great!
