It is in fact supposed to be that way. Skullcandy is a company that specializes in audio systems and this is how their logo is designed to look. The logo is usually a non-textured single colored skull.

That's very freakin beautiful! Resize the image to wallpaper status by keeping it in HD, and it'll make a perfect backround!
