Neutral rep giving error?

Whenever I try to give a neutral rep to a user, it comes up saying I can't give neg- reps (which I know and understand; only moderators can give neg rep as far as I can see.)
It could just be me, but try giving someone a neutral rep and see if you get that error.

Maybe Omni disabled the neutral rep allowance.
I don't know I haven't given anyone any neutrals or positives xcept you.

Yes neutral reputation is considered negative here. I agree with it though, we only have one staff member and he shouldn't be wasting time with people complaining about rep. It's fine with only positives here. Though we could use an extra staff member imo.

The reputation system is fine, neutrals are not allowed. If you get that angry, you shouldn't be here anyway.
