I heard acne comes from the grease and oils contained in the food. If you want to get rid of it, I also heard dipping a cotton bud in some salt water (highly concentrated) and pressing onto the acne spots for about 3 minutes can get rid of it. Good luck.

Avoid oily foods
ex: chickin, fries, etc

Do you use skin cleaning products like proactive or any of the other ones? If not you should definitely try one out because they help alot.

Don't even worry just get some acne cream, should solve your problem.
I eat a lot too, eat when I'm bored which is always. It's like a habit but I don't put on weight or get acne.

If it bothers you that much, I would see a specialist and get some prescription acne medication.

As some above me have suggested, you can avoid oily and greasy food.
Some people say anxiety can cause acne as-well.
