I have an iphone 4 and I am unsure of what the newest firmware is. My iTunes isnt telling me jack crap. Plus it says that the newest is 4.3 so can someone help please??? My version is 4.2.1

It's 4.3.3 I guess. My mothers bf bought an iPhone 4 two weeks ago, and he got 4.3.3

Edit: I'm running 4.2.1 tho, it's working good.

4.3.3 and4.0 and 4.2 are the only firmware I would go with regardless of their version. Jailbreaking whether you want to or not will make your life easier with these fw. Also,
firmwares. I never update them until the next big update comes. Like 3.1.2x then 4.0 now I'm waiting for 5 and only if there is a untethered jb.

4.3.3 is secure and has JailbreakMe
4.2.1 has greenpois0n and never gave me problems.
4.1 has limera1n Cool

Saffron (jailbreak me) may or may not end you up in the infinite loop.
4.2.1 Poison. Failed for meh.

Greenpois0n always worked wonders for me Tongue I never had a problem with any of those.
