Maybe ghost related games like "Doom", "Alien vs predator 3" was scary as I would crap on my pants with the predator's mission with aliens coming out from nowhere.

The Mario Party series. Hands down one of the best to ever come out. As for hardest game, probably zelda back on 64. I was noob though so It probably Isn't hard at all.

Super meat boy for Xbox was pretty impossible too. I had fun though because I don't mind doing things repetitively.
