little help please???

So i have this probem with my computer, all the .exe files have a file type "delete", what should i do

Do you mean that all your files look like this, "file" instead of this "file.exe" or does it have file extension "file.delete"

when u go to properties the thing doesnt say "file type: .exe" it says "file type : delete"

in other words it wont let exe files run
