You need a very HQ picture. There's many tutorials online, but I don't know if they work or not

you don't need a high quality image at all, it's just that you won't be able to see the underneath as well. It would be the same as saying that you need a high quality image to view someone with no clothes on. No HQ image needed to edit it.

How would he go about doing that? If he posted a picture of a person it still doesn't explain it, and with the xray version it would be against the rules to have someone exposed in a picture like that. He's talking about being able to edit the image to show an xray version of the image where you can see through clothes I believe.

Just to round this up: it does work, you don't need a HQ image, thin and tight clothes are needed.
Finished result will kind of look like a black and white picture with some noise.
