My goal.

Looks nice to me, good choice Smile You need to stick with it though, find some motivation, do it thinking that your girlfriend (if you have one) will appreciate your healthy look, find some music that you like and workout to that, workout when you're bored, but keep to a schedule at all times. Those are just ways that will motivate you to stick with your schedule, so that you can find times to choose a workout session during the day. Most people give up because they don't see improvements in a week, and it gets discouraging, some, don't see it in a month because they were lazy throughout their workout periods.

But if you stick with it, and do even 15-30 mins a day for 3-4 days a week, in a full month, you'll notice changes for sure. It's only 15-30 mins too, so I always think of it with a "As soon as i'm done it's good for until tomorrow or the day after, so if I can get a good workout period in, it'll benefit me more" kind of attitude. It's not impossible, you can get pretty good results in a 1-3 month time period. However most people find excuses to not set aside 15-30 mins out of a 24 hour day because they're lazy.

If you don't have that muscle mass, you should start making it ;D.

Might not be easy at first, and you won't see any results first few months, but its very possible, just look at the first pictures of me ;D.

Of course no.

No special diet, no proteins or shakes whatever, no gym, just those dumbbells, kickboxing, push ups, skipping rope, running, and every other do-at-home exercise.
