I just finished and came out with the correct solution, so anyone who needs help with it can get hints from me.

It's not a question, your looking for a hidden message in the image file, which you'll use to solve the question. The quote on the page given has nothing to do with answering the question, it's just a quote

You got the message in the pic? What does it say? Just to verify you have the right one. The message you find in the pic isn't the final answer it's a hint to get the final answer.
