Can't set a Desktop BG.

Hello SF.

When I go to an image , right click , set as desktop Bg .. nothing happens!

And I cannot change my theme either.

Try killing explorer.exe and restarting the process

what is the backround img you have right now? cus that happend to me before... I like saved a img to my desctop and my desctop was all jacked up for awhile

There is a version of Windows 7 that won't let you change the desktop background. I recommend using this program if the problem continues: Oceanis Change Background Windows 7.

Yeah If you have windows 7 starter you will not be able to change your desktop background without a third party program which I would not recommend because it will slow your PC considerably.

Have you tried saving it to your desktop, right clicking the file then clicking set as bkgrnd?

Which pack of Windows 7 Do you have? Is you Windows 7 is Activated?
