My App store is missing!

I reset my iPod after losing my App Store and it is still not there! What do?

Check your parental control settings. You can disable/hide the AppStore from there. Is anything else missing?

It's not that simple, it would have to be a jailbroken device for it to be re installed.

Go to settings and make sure no apps are hidden, also make sure you don't have an app that could possibly hide another app. If it continues try restoring it and if the problem still doesn't fix itself send it into apple or take it to an apple store.
