It's OK. However the best method is to use Camtasia Studio and export your recording directly as a GIF file.

I don't think your photo viewer can play .gifs.

It's easy enough to get hold of though. Your method requires Photoshop + a screen recording software, whereas with Camtasia you can do it all in a few clicks.

I'm not gonna argue, but HyperCam is like a 2mb program, whereas Camtasia requires 200+mb.
