That looks amazing! I would just fix up the font in the Call Of Duty, it looks a little bit weird, oh and remove the top and bottom borders

prepare for some stuff dude.
The flames don't blend with the tag at all.
The render is LQ.
Make the text different.
You want the solider to be the focal and have you eyes focus on him when you first see the tag.

I like it. I like how the spec ops character actually looks like he's inside the fire. Good job if you was trying to achieve that look.

Did you happen to use Ron's Flame brushes for the flames in front of the render?

Well first I'm loving the text but unfortunately the rest of the sig doesn't match it.
I like the idea but you didn't execute it well, the focal should be the head, the flames are low quality and just don't look right.
Also looks like you're missing part of the flames on the bottom right.
Lighting and shading aren't good either.
