You need to man up and realize deep down inside you hate your life.
That's why you can't sleep.
You are doing something you just hate.
You got to stop and look outside and ask yourself;
"Why is my life so terrible?"
Afterwards, fix your life and be happy.
Remember you have to look outside to be happy.
Maybe you should see a therapist instead of listening to people on a forum.
It is their job to help others...

Go to a walgreens and pickup a product called "midnite". I had some insomnia during the summer and it really works.
its a cherry flavored tablet that you put under your tounge

I have two diseases which effect it and actually I love my life. I'm happy all the time and I look at everything in a positive manor.

First one was upper so wasn't even bad
Second one was colon so we had that preparation, it wouldn't of been bad if two things didn't happen.
