Time To Do Something.

I've been promising myself to make my self a bit stronger and buff.
I told myself and the beginning of summer but I never did. I vow to work out until Christmas. I vow to wash my face everyday and to make my self a different person.
I'll post a journal type thing every once in a while explaining whats happening. Thanks to those that support me through this.

Well good luck doing this and try to stay true to your word. It becomes rather easy to give up a week into it or even a few months into it.

I do pushups and situps. That's about it. But it gets results fast. Push yourself everyday. Even if it's just one more.
