When you just can't sleep?

well i am a kid and i dont have such work but sometime when i sleep at afternoon i cant get sleep at night

It happens to me almost everyday. I use to watch a TV or something, and eventually I'll get to sleep, but It just doesn't work all the time. :/

Getting tylenol isn't a smart decision. It's a drug, and I won't take any kind of drugs just to get some sleep. I prefer to get sleep in the normal way.

I hate waking up and trying to get back to sleep. I normally just watch some late night TV (even though there's nothing on) until I feel tired again.

When I cannot sleep at night, I simply work on something.
It's mentally exhausting sometimes, so it's good if you're tired.
Things I'll usually work on include code, graphics, anything really.
I'll also go on forums and post, however that's probably not that great if you can't fall asleep, sometimes forums just.. well... suck you in.

I usually don't have that problem the only time I wake up is if I have to piss really bad. (or crap)
