11/10 but if I had photoshop skills, I would rate it 8/10. Try and blend the batman in a bit. Maybe darken him up?

I don't know much about GFX, but I'd rate it a 6/10.

The background and the text is horrible. The render is placed badly, and it doesn't blend in too much. I believe you when you say it took you 20 minutes to make.
