Personally all my computer i got got a nvidia GPU so i'd say for the nvidia one.

I like ATI more ..
I have ATI and Nvidia .. And i compared them 2 ,, and i like the ATI more then Nvidia

NVIDIA is nice never had driver issues

Always had an ATI card, been loyal to the brand for almost a decade. Never had any serious problems with it and it doesn't overheat neither.
