Is Quickscoping a good idea?

It's good when the game gets boring, if your playing black ops... then i'm pretty sure your quickscoping, since the game gets boring after 5 minutes. I love quickscoping in MW2.

Quickscoping is in my humble opinion harder than to just shoot while scoped , but when you quickscope and actually get a headshot , it feels pretty good. :3
