We have an amazing new theme (Photoshop Bliss v4), go take a look.

Nice theme, however I think it could use a bit more colour. It looks way too dark in comparison to the other Photoshop Bliss themes.

Those are the colors of a "scrap metal" color theme. It reminds me of that beige you see on those cars in the junkyard. I think it needs to be a bit more "bold" to be a graphics/GFX theme.
