Not sure if you guys care or not, I think you don't but I'm posting this anyways, just to help me do this!
I have decided to eat more carefully and look at what I'm consuming.
I'm in no way fat or anything, but I want the existing fat gone, so I can look more defined.
I decided to have my own kind of diet, not sure how to call this, which will be like this.
No unnecessary sugar at all, this means the following.- No soda or any other drinks.
- No sweets.
- No snacks at all.
- No chocolates or the likes.
- No cookies.
As far as drinking goes.
Food will be like this.- Whole wheat pasta.
- Oatmeal
- Chicken (No grilled whatever, the healthy type).
- Fish.
- Vegtables (Salads).
- Fruits.
Just had oatmeal today with a kind of salad if you can call it that with some green tea, not bad, was actually pretty delicious.
Now before some of you guys tell me I can't go without some or other ingredients or sugars, I will be taking sugars, but those will be the natural ones from fruit and what not, so don't start about that!
