I kind of understand because some people just through the love word around and don't know the real meaning of it.

I think what it means is a lot of people in the world today use the term love very loosely for things such as I love fast food or I love my computer. A lot of people do not use the word love for its definition; A deep romantic or sexual attachment to someone or unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another.

It means that allot of use the word love allot and it won't mean nothing if you use it allot and love only counts when you know it the right one or something like that

Yes it makes sense.. and yeah love is a strong word..but now not everyone knows what it means really.
