This is entirely false. FileIce has been paying its users for 4 months now, and have not gone a month without paying. In fact, FileIce has given out complimentary early payouts, bonuses, and are currently running a competition with a $300 grand prize.

FileIce is a legal business, registered with the United States Government. The cost of forming such a corporation was over $1,000, and wouldn't have been wasted on creating a scam site.

Also, the $50 payout minimum is to preserve the quality of affiliates, and keep noobs who can't even make $50 a month away from the site.

You'll see in few months that FileIce will be the best Paid Per Download site.
At ShareCash I was earning $300/month, then at 30th June I switched to FileIce and till 1st August I earned $1.050 :-)

That's 3 times more then ShareCash.
FileIces surveys always unlock and FileIce pay us more then ShareCash.
For Example if ShareCash keep %50 / FileIce Keeps 5-10% ( I think you get what I mean )

Let's be honest. Any site that pays you money when people download your file will watch it very closely. Many people have been banned for violating the Terms of Service, I promise you FileIce is not a scam.

If you would like proof you can ask some of the members like IMario and my self who have gotten large payouts up to 3,000 dollars USD.
