What program are you using to do the 3d text? If it's something you can add a light to, you should add a light in front of the text. Right now it looks too dark and the yellow looks more like a brownish color. Also, idk if the 'support' text was intentionally made grey, or if it's grey 'cuz of the lighting, but it should be white ;)

As stated by the others the brightness is a little hard to the eyes. The text fits the mood nice and the colour scheme is wonderful. This is a great graphic.
