lssas.exe erorr- my PC won't start!

When I try to log in it says "lssas.exe" You do not have the sufficient priviledges to execute this. However, I am logging in from my admin account. My screen then turns black and my laptop freezes! Can someone help me please?

Try running in Safe Mode, and set the permissions so that all users can execute it.

Do what Athostle said, or reformat your computer to factory status, which I doubt you will do it.
