Personally im not a hard apple user but i couldnt really see a major difference

There's over 250 new features. Login screen, it's faster, the finder is better, the scrolling, launch pad, mission control, etc.

Alot of my friends also told me that theres loads of bugs and that they feel their a beta tester for it, with the amount problems they have to report.

I think its worth the money but be warned safari has lag spikes while switching tabs and while developing web based apps it can get rather annoying.

I have it, and I think it's decent. I really don't like the style of the drop down and right click menus though.
