Can someone Post a Tutorial on How to make a Userbar Or Badge, Whatever you want to call it.. Please it would help me a lot.

You mean the things under peoples name saying "Geek Squad" and "Emotional Helper" etc? If so you need to join a user group to be able to use there userbar, you won't be accepted into any though unless you have quite a lot of high quality posts.
