'Luxury Gold' is much better but is just text on a texture. Try learning some techniques and read up on some tutorials.

They are not bad.
But try having the text blend more with the background.
This isn't allways required, but with the effects u have, it would suit better.
(for example the shadow on the 1st is imo too large, standing out too hard, also the shine is killing it, i think a smaller one would be better, or none at all ;) )
