Hi all,
My Toshiba Satellite has several action buttons for starting the music, volume, mute, and so on just below the screen. Well, all except the volume buttons recently stopped working. They light up, but don't do what they are supposed to do.
Is there any way to fix this?
Thank you,

You could try to download the drivers for them from the Toshiba site. If that doesn't work there's prob a loose connection to the Mobo.

I still need a solution, as Toshiba doesn't have info on this issue.

Have you tried calling their customer service or help hotline? I know it's a pain to have to wait for 45 minutes on the line but usually if you raise enough hell they will send you a replacement. Good Luck! Let me know if you fix the problem; I'll keep my eye out for a solution for you.

Normally you have to press the "FN" button and the function key, the FN key is next to the left ctrl button.

You should update your drivers. That will help. Do you have a warranty?
