Thanks for this! I myself have gone through depression multiple times before and have an anxiety disorter which makes every little thing in life (even good things) stressful, so I know what lots of people are going through. I know there are tons of people who have it worse then me by far, but there are also people who are clueless; Im sure this will help them help others! HQ Post!
