Of course not. They're simply keeping your IP address as a log for future references. So if somebody else REALLY hacks their site, they might list you as a possible suspect. That is all. After all, you did NOT hack it.

I definitely wouldn't worry about this. Thousands of sites have similar setups for administrative logins. You will not get in trouble.

Its happend to me before on smaller sites where its said, hacking attempt detected ip logged. This is why you need to mask yourself via a vpn without logs or something similar.

You're not in trouble.
If you viewed files and there is a big round logo stating you are not allowed to be here, then you're in trouble.
