If you pick #2, you need to explain to her mom that you don't want to cause problems between them and you like your girlfriend too much to do #1

#4 is all up to you

I truly recommend going with option number 2. As long as you recognize that what you did was wrong and it could have easily ended a relationship.
Your girlfriend is there to satisfy your needs so utilize her. I hope you didn't take any of this offensively. Good luck man.

It depends if you want to lose someone, there is an off-chance that your GF will forgive you, but not likely. if you want to keep a girlfriend, best option is to go with the mom.

Probably, her mum did on purpose so you could betray your girlfriend just to see if you were a good boyfriend for her but it's very unlikely.
You should talk to her mother, and tell her you really love your girlfriend and you don't want to hurt her...

1. Come clean to my gf [ she will most likely break up with you, and then you'll have no one, but it's the right thing to do]
2. Tell the mum that we can no longer do this and continue to be with my gf and run the risk the mum telling my gf [Again, you'll probably end up with no one in this situation]
3. Leave my gf for her mum [This is an okay option but not for you, this is a stupid option]
4. Leave them both [ You will be alone]
5. Keep lying and have them both [ If you don't have a conscious you can do this one.
Carry on sexing both, Forget this honest bullshit, Keep doing both for the lulz.
