myBB or SMF

I used SMF once and I absolutely hated it.

If I had to put together a list of the ones I know it'd be:

1. IP Board (Sorry Omni
2. MyBB
3. phpBB

SMF developers are lazy, they need to get out of the release candidates already.

I think Mybb is best mabye because that's what I use for my forum

They all have their strengths and weaknesses but in my opinion, MyBB is much more reliable and useful. MyBB for one has a very straight forward admin panel. It's cram packed with useful features which can easily be found and modified in the admin panel.

It's user friendly design and run allows for a easy useability which comes in handy for beginners and experts.

MyBB is the way to go.

I tested MyBB and SMF when I was running forums up to the end of last years. I must say, MyBB is WAY easier to customize. The code seems more logical and organized. It looks better, and the features are much better. There are also several sites out there where you can get paid plugins for quite cheap, usually as little as $5 for a membership and then ou can just download all the ones you need.
