- Go to your desktop, right click hit Create New Shortcut
- Type in CMD as a name and as a path in the dialog
- Then locate the CMD app shortcut on the Desktop
- Right click the shortcut, then hit Run As Administrator
- Now type "chkdsk" without quotes, and let it run and fix Chrome.exe
