Kicked Out for Good (Family BS)

It's hard right now... I had to spend a few days asking everyone I knew if I could stay a night or two, then I finally found a temporary place to stay (been 3 weeks so far). I have a half-sister who offered me an extra room, so I'm gonna try to do that. Getting a job with the current economy will be hard but I can do it.

Thanks again everyone for your support Smile

Go for any job, really. Anything is fine in this situation. Try a McDonalds or something.

It sounds like your "Sister" has it out for you. She is probably one of those types that thinks she should be the only child and she just cannot share love with anyone else. Probably hoped you got kicked out so she could have more money.

She's actually said before "I wish Mom didn't even adopt you."

Kinda funny really because if I didn't get adopted, she would'nt have been adopted because I asked if my mom could adopt someone else as well haha
We all have things we want to say, but not publicly. We all need help with them at one point. If you want a private conversation or seek private help, send me a PM.

Why is your sister being this way and why does your mother believe her?

No idea why she is being that way. As for my mom... I don't think she should've adopted a boy (me). She was molested as a child and has never had any long term relationship with any guy, I think she just doesn't trust men.

Wasn't a good idea on her part. What are you doing now?

I managed to stay at a friends house, only problem is she is 17, her sister is 16, I'm 19 and a guy so I can feel the tension in the house. They know me, and know I won't try anything but their parents don't know me too well lol...

This is the first time they've ever even let a guy sleep over, let alone be a roommate.

My main struggle right now is money, they are letting me stay free of rent at the moment, but I desperately need a job and I've been scrounging for money so I can buy food for myself here.. but I can say I'm happier here than being at home with my mom and sister. I don't feel like I'm walking on eggshells...

I think you should just move on with your life and hope for the best. Same thing happened to me with my sister and I moved on and said if I stay it will only happen again. So pick up your bags and move on.
My goal is members success.

It's good to know people are allowing you to stay at their house. Those are your real friends in life. Have you tried applying for jobs anywhere yet?
