Ok Well I'm trying to get my site Big And so far All I have is 55 members and like 12 guest.
The guest are on all the time, But the members are never on except a few So its super hard to get donations. Were is a good Place to advertise My site?

Well to start your site off you can try advertising to your friends on aim or msn and tell them to tell their friends and hopefully it will spread around like an advertising chain. If that doesn't work you could always try youtube.

Use Google Ad sense they will advertise your website for you.

I'm assuming your running a forum, since everyone goes with a forum for their website. You don't see many that aren't here.
Try "ForumPromotions"
Use google to search for it. Advertise on that advertising forum.
