Being left alone sometimes can be good you can be left in deep thought. However people may not know how to build a connection with you as they dont understand Aspergers Syndrome. Just be confident and build conversation whenever you can.

Ill tell you what to do if i was you. In my eyes, everybody can make friends, even if you are diagnosed with a mental condition. Find something you love doing, wether it is xbox, sports, math, ect... ANYTHING. I am sure where you live, they have different groups, like the athletes, geeks, ect... Find a group of people that have some common interests and just try to fit in. I know what its like to be in your situation, it sucks. But you have to do something about it. |
