I absolutely love the new calculator

It is impressive and fresh compared to the old one that everyone got used to, give it a look. I use it everyday and still looks attractive

Should give a special mention about the taskbar. Transparent and clear and eye-candy.

Taskbar and the whole customization in general, much better then it was in XP and Vista.

The non-annoying UAC is a pretty great fix/feature.

I don't know what my favorite feature is, in Vista it was the instant search (In Explorer and Start Menu), but in Windows 7... I really don't know. I mean, it will be less of a resource hog, run faster, start faster, and so on. The taskbar is cool, so I might say that is, didn't totally like it at first, but I'll get used to it.

I think Aero shake + creating your own themes + personalizing your Logon screen

Oh, yeah... I think I would change my favorite to Windows Aero. Yeah, Vista had it, but in Windows 7, it will work on most computers that couldn't support Aero in Vista (Something with emulating DirectX on the CPU or something...)
