My PC was running slow and I ran msconfig and I stopped all unnecessary run on startup things. It helped alot.

You could always use gamebooster if you do not want to disable these permanently

Although this seems like a noteworthy tutorial, you should fix the formatting for better viewing. For example, the titles should be visible to know when the topic has changed.
