I eat a bunch on a daily bases. Like five to six full meals a day along with snacks Tongue

protein drinks, get them from health stores if you live in the UK, holland & barret is your best bet

If you really want to gain weight I would go to your local GNC and pick up some extra protein. Maybe have a shake after you eat dinner. I know I have seen some weight gainers in GNC. I dont know if thats how you want to do it though.

It couldn't hurt to gain a couple extra pounds like that. I mean it probably wouldn't be a lot of weight but just enough.
