IMHO that award should be for games forums or say such forums where debate or ongoing activities are took place. That's not a good idea for SF . Thats mien opinion.

I can think for two awards right now:
Computer Wiz- It will be award for the one who knows computer better than anybody else.
or
Mechanic- For the one who post helpful things on the Autobody, Mechanical, and Car Help section. Like things such as how to change oil, how to change/fix a flat tire or anything helpful related to fixing cars.
