Can someone please help me out as i was to make a forums website, what hosting company can i use to do this. Also is there any softwear to use please help me make this.

There's different forum software, like MyBB, vBulletin, etc.
You'll need hosting and a domain.
Offshore hosting if you plan on having illegal content, onshore if all content is legal.

yeah is the hosting free..

The hosting is not free, but you will not get anywhere 'for free.' You'll need a payed domain & paid hosting otherwise no one will take your website seriously.

If you ever want to have a respectable website then you need a paid domain and hosting.

i would not suggest free hosting...it wouldnt get you far and most likely ur DB will be screw over

Yeah no i want to get free hosting first see what its like and if i like it then upgrade..
