Ouch, that's a bit more than just chunky is your tummy is anything similar to that. But honestly, if you're good at running, and have a great cardio, you're on the safe side. Just eat less calories (Without being too obsessed) and you'll loose weight, and if you're old enough to drink alcohol .. Quit drinking it.

You said you enjoy running so maybe make a hardcore routine. If you can run a route comfortably in 10 min maybe try to push yourself to run it in 9...then in 8 and so forth. You will sweat and work your body harder. I'm sure you will shed those pounds if you keep up a routine and stay committed. Eating the right kinds of foods also will help greatly. Good Luck
