I can't listen to music when I play, because I mostly play CoD and I need to sound whore! :p The only game I'll listen to music while playing, is UNO.

I listen to music quite often when I'm playing games, unless I am really intrigued by a story that's going on. Multiplayer games are nice when you add music to them from your playlist.

Honestly, I don't, but it's not because the music is distracting. It's because I am too involved in the game and I never even really listen to it. Or it gets really loud and it's hard to hear what my buddies are saying through the mic.
