I like the effects you used, especially the C4D reaching over his shoulder and the one on his right hand side (left from our point of view), it has excellent depth due to the stock used but especially because of the good use of the C4D's. The render itself stands out and is very eye catching, it also completely matches perfectly with the background used.

There are a few faults that could make this piece of work so much better thoguh.
Let's start off with the border, to me it looks way too thick, should have been only about 1 or 2px thick.
I also dislike how the background is somewhat flipped and turned to the right, gives a feeling of unrealism.
The text isn't very good either, the positioning is excellent but I just dislike the style you used.

Overall, you have done well with:

• The depth.
  
• The effects.
  
• The render chosen.
  
• The background chosen.
  
• The color scheme.
  
  although you could certainly work on:
  
• The border.
  
• The twisted background.
  
• The text style.

It's alright, you just need to blend the render in more, I don't think the C4D suits with the tag but that's my opinion.
