Remove BT

So I installed BT4 and tried it. I doesn't like it, and now, how I can uninstall it? I tried to remove the partition before, but it won't work. I also need to remove the "menu" thing that shows up when turn on my laptop. so how i can remove bt4 properly with the "menu"?

reformat the partition that you installed Backtrack 4 on, and you can reallocate that space back to your original Operating system if you want then.

ok I found it. It says delete the partition and shutdown. Boot the windows CD and go to repair. Open Command Prompt and type in
bootrec.exe /FixBoot
press enter, then
bootrec.exe /FixMbr
press enter, then shutdown.
